students since many interviewers are not good and don’t pick an efficient person

7. Open more research facilities so that youngsters have an opportunity to build talent

of directors should be from academia

3. Basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter should be affordable for all and salary
commensurate with it
4. Compulsory education for all children should be adhered to diligently and all effort made to track
and punish people who employ children
5. Salary normalization should be insisted in the country. The difference between the CEO and the
lowest salaried employee should not be more than a certain number
6. Improve the economy of the country so that students are not worried too much about getting a
job as soon as they pass out and have time to explore options
7. Set up Training institutes for helping students who come from backward classes, manage to pass
the exams but do not exhibit ‘employable characteristics’
8. Stop corruption. Many honest people are afraid to start industries due to it
9. Insurance against job loss. This can be floated to boost confidence about the future for students

5. Society
1. People should spread the message, to stop judging others by how wealthy they are and instead
appreciate talent

3. Statistics of students who will pass out can be published well ahead and maybe a high level CV
published on the net to help industries
4. Parents should spend money buying educational toys for children
5. Parents should read to their children when they are young and introduce the joy of learning

7. Parents should encourage their children to study the course of their choice and not force them
to choose ones that are popular
8. Parents should encourage their children to travel around the world and decide or themselves
what they want to do in life. Many parents shy away from talking to their children about life
