Lauren Zucker presented on using open badges in K-12 classrooms at the NJECC18 conference. The presentation introduced open badges and provided resources for teachers at introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels. These included websites that explain open badges, platforms for designing and issuing badges, case studies on using badges in after school programs, and organizations that currently issue open badges. Attendees were also invited to share reflections on a shared document.
