You probably know about me as the London service design fringe festival organiser, a government Lab person, or a superhero (thanks to a Goldsmiths uni project on well-being adventures).
I have been involved in a diverse range of projects. They often involve building communities. They always involve something innovative, and result in positive social impact. I use a service design approach to rigorously co-create solutions that will work well for end users.
