Objective / purpose : Create space for your own development
Frequency :15 minutes (at lunch and at the end of your day)
Duration: 3 months
Directions: Review the requests received (incl from yourself)
Ask yourself the following questions
• What requests could I have declined today?
• How does my body feel as I review them ?
• Do I want to change any of the promises I made?
• When will I do that?
• How will I handle the consequences?
Over 15 days make a note of this .
