MIIS accepts applications on a rolling basis for the fall and spring semester.
Our priority scholarship deadlines for fall are December 1, February 1 and March 1. The spring priority scholarship deadline is October 1.
As you know, MIIS is a unique institution. Your event will be a great opportunity for you to speak about some of your own personal experiences with language, immersive learning, the MIIS community and your time in Monterey. There are several aspects that set MIIS apart from other institutions.
Immersive Learning opportunities support students in efforts to gain professional experience around the world in management, policy, development, education and more. Examples of these programs include: Frontier Market Scouts, Design Partnering Management & Innovation, International Professional Service Semester, Middlebury Schools Abroad, Student Exchange Programs and Semester Term Practica.
Language and intercultural communication are central to all degree programs at the
Middlebusy Institute. All students are required to take language courses. These courses enhance language skill and integrate language learning into the degree programs. The main languages on campus include Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Korean
French, Spanish, Japanese, English, Portuguese and German.
