Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Driving Tech refresh project of CTI business servers of CITI Bank and managing a team size of 5

- Project scope is to migrate all windows 2003 OS servers/VMs to Windows 2008 or Windows 2012 R2 as
Windows 2003 is getting EOVS by July 2015.

Position : Team Lead- Senior Wintel Administrator for AP REGIONAL WINTEL INFRA
Support team, Malaysia CITI Bank.
Responsibilities : L3 level support to CITI’s AP REGIONAL Wintel INFRA SERVERS (Messaging, Citrix,
Cisco, Voice, Lynch 2010, SharePoint and other infra servers) – running on Windows
2003 /2008 on both physical and VM environment.
Tool Used : Service now, ITM-6, BMC Patrol, INFOMAN (RFC), TPM, PAR, CTI Secure, VSphere

Job Role & Responsibilities:
 Worked on Banking Projects which scales from small technical requests to Data Center Setup/refresh.
 Support day to day operations for Citibank’s APAC Regional IT Infrastructure Team.
 Manage Regional Wintel Servers and deliver satisfactory Wintel Server services as Level 3 support to in-
country Wintel teams in ASIA Pacific Region

 Doing health checkouts in perspective of server Hardware/ OS level after patching and follow up for
application sign off.
 Taking handover of newly built servers to operation mode by ensuring that all mentioned monitoring tools
in check list are in place and updates the server details in tools like APERTURE, TURNOVER.
 Server’s security hardening through ESM standard baselines.
 Responsible for closing tickets assigned to our group.
 Perform weekend activity or changes in the system.
 On call support after office hours.
 Decommissioning of servers and roll out from datacenter by coordinating with vendor and siteops.
 Hardware Failure on servers are verified and coordinated with the respective Vendors (HP) for Support.
 Accordingly co-ordinate with the Service Delivery Managers (SDM) for updates on the scheduled activities
