Through the invention of paper- it become easier and faster to write
everything happened in their time.
Record keeping- became easier since paper did not easily break.
Lightweight and did not occupy much space. Resulted to civilization
became fond of record keeping( historical event and legislative laws).
Literature was also changed forms from clay tablets to parchment
paper.
According to sources, Julius Caesar started the tradition of stacking of
papyrus to form pages of a book. Later on, they were able to provide
covers to protect the papyrus. Earlier covers was made of wax but were
later on replaced by animal skin, stronger and long lasting.

Roman Architecture
One of the most visual contributions of the Roman
empire to the world.
Considered a continuation of Greek architecture.
All engineering and architecture development was
fully supported and funded by the Roman
government.
Able to implement major projects such as large
churches, (basilicas and cathedrals, coliseums,
amphitheater, etc.)

Roman Aqueduct
The Roman aqueducts supplied fresh, clean
water for baths, fountains, and drinking
water for ordinary citizens.
The most recognizable feature of Roman
Aqueducts may be the bridges constructed
using rounded stones arches.
They were made from series of pipes, tunnels,
canals, and bridges.
Gravity and the natural slope of the land
allowed aqueducts to channel water from a
fresh water source, such as lake or spring to a
city.

numbers symbolize bad fortune, the
Roman turned the months 29-31 days
long, the Julian Calendar Caesar
