 INCREASE IN CRIME RATE: The emergence of
ICT has increased crime rate in the world. E.g.
cyber crime, ATM fraud, hacking, e.t.c.

4. LAZINESS
 The fact that ICT has made life easier i.e. having
almost everything at our beck and call, has made
people lazy.

5. PORNOGRAPHY
 ICT has also heightened the rate at which porn is
viewed in our society today. It is a major platform
for its advertisement and sales.

6. PLAGIARISM
This is one of the vices of ICT. People don’t make
use of their brain anymore, they prefer to copy
peoples work, ideas word for word, and this is made
possible by ICT

7. Conclusion
 As every good thing has a bad thing, in the same
way ICT also has both positive as well negative
impacts on sectors. But the use lies in our hands
whether to use ICT in a useful manner or have its
negative impacts on our life.
