11. CAMPAIGN GOALS
• Our first and foremost goal is encourage more businesses to come and join Seneca’s
placement meets and take part in the Seneca co- op program and hire qualified Seneca
students for their co-op completion and further skill development.
• Building relationship with companies is also a crucial part for college like Seneca as many
students will get opportunities to work for such big enterprises.
• Completing the co-op collaborations within due time limit so that students can begin
their co-op as soon as their program ends.
12. EXPECTED METRICS
By continuously keeping the communication with such companies through various available
platforms as I explained before in this case, We are expecting a number of 50 qualified
companies of 80. Which is around 63% success ratio which is acceptable in term of co-op
program hiring.
Increasing our network and maintaining relationship with previous leads or qualified
networks we can increase the number of companies each year by 15%.
13. BEST PRACTICES FOR CONNECTING
• Email: If we talk about email we should not increase the word limit by 350 professionally, also
we should avoid the use of emojis or gifs in email as they may make the email suspected as a
spam.Also as discussed in the class we should try to send a mail on Wednesday and Thursday
as these days have high chances of revert back.
• Voicemail:We should keep duration of our voicemail less than 30 seconds as no one is this
much free to listen a big voicemail. So by trying to talk to the point and mentions to connect
back will be a good sign of voicemail.
• LinkedIn: Connections over social media platforms are a boost for any organization in terms
of market reach and networking, so by maintaining a representable media account and
informative post sharing twice a week can enhance the number of relations.

15. WHY ACT?WHY NOW MESSAGING?
Covid resulted as a economy disaster for everyone but to tackle this and bring the
economy back to track we have to start hiring the young minds who not even willingly
trying to get out of all this but also been researching and findings methods to overcome the
current situation. Giving these students a chance will surely be a win-win situation for any
enterprise.
