TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: - THE BOTSWANA NATION-WIDE BOOT CAMPS
We write from the program desk of Tiger Dojo Group International. Taking our
martial arts/karate services to the client.
We write to establish capacity to built partnerships with schools and rural and
urban communities through our Adopt-A-School Campaign and the Public
Private Partnerships. Partnerships are ideal as they allow us to tailor services to
address your school’s specific needs and situational constraints.
The 2015-2020 theme is:
“ Playing for Success by Engaging in the Arts”
The theme carries the major sub-theme of the Grassroots Development
Program of “Playing for Success Program”. Among others, the program seeks
to;
 Raise standards of achievement which are in serious weakness;
 Advice and contribute to developing effective strategies to whole school
issues which contribute to pupil achievement;
 Provide guidance across a range of criteria;
 Offer perspectives on understanding underachievement and its social
context.

accompanied by twelve (12) 6-16 year olds and two assistants. This invitation
we need P10 000.00 – P25 000.00 to complete preparations and confirm dates

2. For the 21 – 29 July 2018 BudoPro Heino Summer Camp in Holland. I
have been invited as part of an international team of Instructors/Sensei. This
camp I will also be accompanied by a team of ten (10) 7-16 year olds and
three (3) assistants – a thirteen member team. We return air ticket Gaborone-
Heino at P260 000.00 + P45 500.00 ( to cover travel insurance and
allowances) + P95 000.00 ( camp fees covering boarding, meals, tuition and
camp trips):
a. Total requested: P400 500 + P60 075.00(15% contingency)
b. = P460 575.00
c. P460 575.00 (Four hundred and sixty thousand, five hundred and
seventy five Botswana Pula), being total request for the Heino
Summer Camp. If approved, this need be released by 25 June 2018 to
reconfirm our attendance.
These international seminars are very important to share skills and knowledge,
and most importantly for cultural exchange. To share values as promulgated
through traditional karate-do teachings. Attending also help build a good profile
and experience on the international scene. Being based in Africa, we rarely have
such opportunity. Your sponsorship will go a long way. Our next target is to be
connected to mainland Japan and Okinawa in further entrenching our karate-do
base of knowledge and skills.
Kindly feel free to elect an item or more to sponsor from above and/or from
the categorized sponsorship request for funding accompanying this
proposal..
We hope to hear from your good office soon.
Yours servant in Budo,
MKgosibodiba
