This document provides instructions for making fried jintul, a traditional food from Slawi, Tegal, Central Java, Indonesia. or circle.It is sliced into
pieces to serve. It can be
served with rujak teplak
(tegal traditional salad) or
sprinkled with grated
coconut. Some Slawi
people prefer it is fried.
