  • 14. Describe the sustainability efforts within the industry?
  • 15. How has the economy affected tourism? Include both the consumer and industry viewpoints and whether government spending and revenue collection has been impacted.
  • 16. Your analysis of the 5 and 10 year outlook.
  • 17. An analysis of your travel experience from the point of view of the service you received
  • 18. A PowerPoint or video presentation summarizing your findings
