This document outlines Project Inspiration, which aims to increase the number of female leaders in Indonesia by motivating potential leaders. The project will involve real female leaders mentoring young female talent aged 24-35 through a leadership program. A recruitment ad will be placed in women's and business magazines, as well as online magazines, inviting candidates to join Project Inspiration and have their CV reviewed. The top 5 candidates will be interviewed by famous female leaders and one will be selected for mentoring. It is hoped this program will inspire other women by being publicized in magazines and social media.
