We are a full services company into advertising and brand communication/promotion.
Creatively speaking, we are a pack of match sticks with a golden glow! An adequate creative
brief is just enough to ignite us to achieve an explosive impact for any type of brand
communication or promotion. We are a bunch of young professionals working with a single
mission to achieve? na… exceed customer satisfaction!
We have been communication partners for various industry segments viz. engineering,
manufacturing, corporate houses, educational institutes, travel companies, retailers, banks,
financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate companies and automobile giants.
We claim our forte in all types of ATL and BTL projects. We are a versatile team with marked
skill-sets and an amazing energy to work towards our common goal – to leverage brands we
work on and to invariably give best value to our client’s ad-spend.
Avinash Dolas – Founder, M.D.
Graduated from Pune University in Mass Communication and Journalism (1993 Batch),
Avinash worked with a couple of daily publications before diversifying into advertising. From
1995 he worked as business development manager and account planner for a good 10
years and then shifted to full time copy writing. After having worked in Pune and Mumbai
with mainline and digital communication companies for 5 years, Avinash set up Brandism,
Brand Science at work, in December 2012. With close to 18 years of rich experience,
Avinash with his team, is all set to penetrate deep into the fast developing city of Pune and
carve a niche with its unique ‘brandism’.

company, truly values its biggest asset – its team that more often than not, toils hard to meet
seemingly difficult deadlines and constantly raises its bar with its rare integrity and
commitment. It's spirit fuels our tempo and they are undisputedly the real torch bearers in
our race towards growth and excellence.
Planning & Strategy: The core competency of any creative house is planning and
strategising to give workable and effective communication solutions in order to achieve
consistent growth. The team of art directors, visualisers, copy writers and their subordinates,
work together to churn out effective communication ideas that augment business prospects
of our clients. Our team members tend to think laterally and raise the creative quotient by a
few notches to leverage your brand communication.
Design: Design is an integral part of creative strategy and is governed by its own laws of
aesthetics and creative logic. Design provides flesh and blood to the strategy and the
required force to push the idea forward.
Media: Publications and electronic channels disseminate the message to the mass with the
help of modern technology. We, as an agency house, are connected with leading
publications, social media channels and broadcasting companies in the region and outside.
Finance & Capital Resources: Last but not the least Finance, which is essentially fuelled
by revenue generation (at the right time) and the all important support from some of our old
associates, lubricates the system of an agency and keeps it free–wheeling. Capital
resources like upgraded work stations, swift means of communication, transport and well
stocked reference material makes an agency infrastructure complete in every sense.

stating the CI norms for any type of communication. Designing and content development of
e-newsletters, mailers, in-house journals can be undertaken. Besides corporate event

Print ads – Designing ads for newspapers, magazines, journals and other publication. We

Digital communication: Communication with the help internet is in vogue. Most business
