GELP
Global Emerging Leaders Program
The Georgetown – ESADE GELP combines the interdisciplinary teaching strengths of Georgetown´s
McDonough School of Business in globalization and international business with those of ESADE
in executive leadership within a multinational context.

3. Objectives
• The aim of the GELP program is to develop the leadership skills of talented, high-potential
executives interested in accelerating their career in global business environments.

• The program prepares participants to enhance their capabilities in analyzing environmental
complexity and designing effective strategies with a global perspective. The objective is to
accelerate their professional career and to help them in the transition from local to international
management.
