10. My View of the Market
 2012 was a rebound year.
 Sales were up 23% for the year.
 As the calendar turned listings were down 30% from
a year ago.
 At the end of the year 34% of listings were under
contract.
 I expect a strong market in 2013.
 That is contingent upon the confidence of sellers in
the market to bring a steady supply of new listings.
