Refers to the combination of physical objects

8. SNAIL MAIL
When one reacts to an editorial article, the
letter would take one or two days to reach
the editorial desk.
At the present, when a viewer hears a news
on radio or television, the viewer can send
an e-mail or post his/her reactions in social
networking site.

Refers to the abilities to recognize when information is
needed and to locate, evaluate, effectively use, and
communicate information in its various formats.
A person becomes information literate when he has
learned to maximize all kinds of information sources in
finding answers to his queries. (Information Power, 1988).
Eisenberg and Berkowitz (1988) introduced the BIG 6
