In this module we will show commitment and proof
the value of our work and profession. This module is
all about ‘show it, proof it.’ As ld leaders you need
to enable adults to grow and learn throughout their
professional careers. Continuous learning needs to
happen at the speed of business and learning leaders
need to leverage the most effective and efficient
learning solutions. In this module we will explore
learning in a non-traditional way. We will discover

The International Masterclass Learning Develop-
ment Leadership is a demanding and challenging
program for participants in terms of preparation, ac-
tive participation, self-reflection, teamwork, pre-
senting, working on a business case, among other
activities.
We are looking for candidates who are very motivat-
ed to participate; self-directed and active learners;
eager to share and facilitate; are critical, willing to
reflect on their behaviors and mindsets; open to ex-

transform learning development practices in their
organizations. It is the expectation that participants
