THE PROGRAM HAS 3 MODULES:
A. STRATEGIC LEARNING 
DEVELOPMENT
•	Preparation, digital learning
and action learning: 25 hours
•	Classroom: 2.5 days including 2 evenings
This module advocates that learning and develop-
ment leaders play a key role in supporting business
strategy development and implementation. Learning
leaders need to have a good understanding of key
trends which shape the business and understand the
implications for people capability development. En-
couraging an organization culture in which all em-
ployees are regarded as learners requires the devel-
opment of a compelling vision and strategy for the
learning function. One of the topics that will be cov-
ered is role of learning  development as part of the
broader ‘Talent Management’ function. Participants
will reflect on their own professional journey and
their personal strengths.

B. SHAPING WORKPLACE LEARNING

In this module we will show commitment and proof
the value of our work and profession. This module is
all about ‘show it, proof it.’ As ld leaders you need
to enable adults to grow and learn throughout their
professional careers. Continuous learning needs to
happen at the speed of business and learning leaders
need to leverage the most effective and efficient
learning solutions. In this module we will explore
learning in a non-traditional way. We will discover
how our beliefs may be a limiting or an accelerating
factor in the transformation of learning  develop-
ment in organizations. Additionally, we will look at
the myths, merits and opportunities of on-the job
learning. In this module you will co-develop a proto-
type of a learning solution.

will be exposed to a number of leadership development practic-
es that will help you to boost your personal growth. You define

REQUIREMENTS
The program aims at professionals who:
•	Have roles in learning  development, talent or
leadership development and HR
•	Work in leading roles for learning solutions
providers
•	Provide learning and development advisory/
consulting
The International Masterclass Learning  Develop-
ment Leadership is a demanding and challenging
program for participants in terms of preparation, ac-
tive participation, self-reflection, teamwork, pre-
senting, working on a business case, among other
activities.
We are looking for candidates who are very motivat-
ed to participate; self-directed and active learners;
eager to share and facilitate; are critical, willing to
reflect on their behaviors and mindsets; open to ex-
periment with different ways and methods; and fi-
nally have the ambition to innovate and successfully
transform learning  development practices in their
organizations. It is the expectation that participants
co-create their learning journey in collaboration with
other participants, external coaches and faculty.
CERTIFICATE: INTERNATIONAL
MASTERCLASS LEARNING 
DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP
Participants will receive the International Master-
class Learning  Development Leadership Certificate
if they meet the following requirements:
•	100 % attendance of the classroom sessions

STRATEGIC LEARNING DEVELOPMENT • Preparation, digital learning and action learning: 25 hours • Classroom: 2.5 days including 2 evenings This module advocates that learning and develop- ment leaders play a key role in supporting business strategy development and implementation. Learning leaders need to have a good understanding of key trends which shape the business and understand the implications for people capability development. En- couraging an organization culture in which all em- ployees are regarded as learners requires the devel- opment of a compelling vision and strategy for the learning function. One of the topics that will be cov- ered is role of learning development as part of the broader ‘Talent Management’ function. Participants will reflect on their own professional journey and their personal strengths. SHAPING WORKPLACE LEARNING • Preparation, digital learning and action learning: 25 hours • Classroom: 2 days including 2 evenings In this module we will show commitment and proof the value of our work and profession. This module is all about ‘show it, proof it.’ As ld leaders you need to enable adults to grow and learn throughout their professional careers. Continuous learning needs to happen at the speed of business and learning leaders need to leverage the most effective and efficient learning solutions. In this module we will explore learning in a non-traditional way. We will discover how our beliefs may be a limiting or an accelerating factor in the transformation of learning develop- ment in organizations. Additionally, we will look at the myths, merits and opportunities of on-the job learning. In this module you will co-develop a proto- type of a learning solution. You will be exposed to a number of leadership development practic- es that will help you to boost your personal growth. You define your own personal objectives which will further accelerate your growth as a learning development leader. In this module dif- ferent business cases will be presented by the participants. THIS IS THE PROGRAM TO ATTEND.” 9 PARTICIPANT PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS The program aims at professionals who: • Have roles in learning development, talent or leadership development and HR • Work in leading roles for learning solutions providers • Provide learning and development advisory/ consulting The International Masterclass Learning Develop- ment Leadership is a demanding and challenging program for participants in terms of preparation, ac- tive participation, self-reflection, teamwork, pre- senting, working on a business case, among other activities. We are looking for candidates who are very motivat- ed to participate; self-directed and active learners; eager to share and facilitate; are critical, willing to reflect on their behaviors and mindsets; open to ex- periment with different ways and methods; and fi- nally have the ambition to innovate and successfully transform learning development practices in their organizations. It is the expectation that participants co-create their learning journey in collaboration with other participants, external coaches and faculty.
