KIWW 2016 was held from 19-22 October 2016 in Daegu, Republic of Korea with the theme of "Water Partnership for Sustainable Development". Key plans for 2017 include KIWW 2017 being held in conjunction with the 1st Asia International Water Week from 20-23 September 2017 in Gyungju. The Asia Water Council has 110 member organizations from 26 countries that work on priorities and projects. KIWW and AIWW aim to implement the legacies of the 7th World Water Forum through annual and triennial events focused on carrying out roadmaps and generating real-world solutions.
