3. Evaluation Of Dictionaries
 The evaluation of dictionary is started
immediately after evaluation of writing system.
 The oldest dictionary found in Akkadian empire
around roughly in 2300 BCE in Abla(Modern
Syria).Such Dictionary was bilingual (Sumerians -
Akkadian) on Clay tablets in cuneiform scripts.
 After that an English Dictionary named "A Table
Alphbetical" in Seventeenth century.

 In early Nineteenth(1806) century Noah Webster
Published his first Dictionary in English language
named "American dictionary of the English
language" or "American spelling book"In twenty
Century (1884) a comprehensive "Oxford English
Dictionary" was published.

words that which gives the
meaning,definition,grammer and etymology of such
words which listed in such document.

 It is resemble with Dictionary but actually it is
different from dictionary on the basis of
