Paul worked for me as Regional IT Manager, Region West with Henkel of America Inc.
As a direct report and member of the North America IT Management Team, Paul had the

Managing a distributed staff of IT professionals
Managing several critical vendors including on-site services and hardware support
Project Manager for several large projects including a national PC Refresh Project

the scorecard of our KPIs
Manager of Henkel’s National Service teams including Server Management,
