does your
startup do?
Women, at her very core, always thinks about her dear one's before herself. In this whole process, sometimes
she forgets her own dreams, aspirations etc. We, at Superstars, are committed to bring these dreams,
aspirations and confidence to the life of these underprivileged unskilled women .
The Manufacturing sector in India has lot of potential and can create millions of job opportunities, only right
kind of training and focus on customer service is needed.
At Superstar, we combine both the opportunities- womanpower and potential in manufacturing sector.
Superstar is a manufacturing cum training center where we engage 30-35 women fulltime every year and
train them on job about a particular manufacturing skill throughout the year. During this year, we also
train them about other aspects of business like client relations, supply chain, inventory management,
basic accounts, communication etc based on their interest so that they can work as a independent
business unit.
Our model and team is divided in three parts:
1: Business Development: Identifies product category which has good manufacturing potential in India and
acquire clients for next year batch.
2: Training and Development Team: Engage trainers to train the batch about manufacturing process,
communication, self development, motivation, supply chain, import export etc.
3. Production and Merchandising Team: Plan, manage and train about order processing throughout the year.

Mrs. Anju have been very creative and
ambitious since childhood. She has successfully
founded and managed three companies. She is
a gemologist from GIA and have been working
in manufacturing and export sector from more
than 10 years. She manages Business
development for the project along with their
motivation. Anju has always been dissatisfied
from lack of confidence and dreams in many
women. Super star is a small step towards the
same goal.

Priyanka has around 4 years on experience in
Fashion Merchandising and Buying. She is Masters
of Fashion Management from NIFT. Apart from
fashion merchandising, she believes that each
individual should live their life to the fullest and
accomplish all their dreams. She has been doing
the same through her other social initiaves like
Weekend warriors, Street Santa etc also. Priyanka
takes care of Trainings, Operation management,
Production and Merchandising.

There are many NGO’s working towards skill development but we train them on job so that they have
employment stability.
On the other hand if we compare us to manufacturing units who hire skilled manpower, we take care of
not only their skill development but also their personal development so that these women
superstars raise both financially and mentally.
We aim to create a huge team of CREATIVE, CONFIDENT, COMPETENT, INTELLECTUAL, SKILLED,
EMPLOYED, OPEN MINDED WOMEN SUPERSTARS.

transforming
India?
We believe that India can transform if Indian transform and grow intellectually.
As women have a basic nature of sharing whatever she has, we chose her as our beneficiary. If she is
empowered, the family with automatically be.
We aim to create a huge team of CREATIVE, CONFIDENT, COMPETENT, INTELLECTUAL, SKILLED,
EMPLOYED, OPEN MINDED, ENTREPRENEURIAL WOMEN SUPERSTARS who will contribute in
REDUCING IMPORTS AND INCREASING EXPORTS.
Our business development team identifies product categories which has ready demand in India or abroad
and which can be taught easily in few months like for this year we have identified Stylish Beaded
Gemstone and Paper jewelry which we export of US.
India is a country of so many unique crafts. Our merchandising team simply customise it according to the
client requirements so that we receive bulk orders and can employ more women.
In the coming years, we wish to create one such independent women superstar group every year which
transforms into a business unit after a year.
Superstar model is replicable and can be implemented in any city based on the availability of resources.
