2. Introduction
 The Earth's climate is changing, Temperatures are
rising non uniform snow and rainfall patterns. Other
extreme and abrupt climate changes.
 Disasters don’t occur by informing it occur by
chances (randomly).
 Either the proactive measures can be taken or the
right decision at the right time with right manner
must be taken.

3. Objectives
 To provide information services before and during
the disasters.

 Service oriented interface
 Map with information of Hospital, Permanent structures, Fire
Stations and free spaces
 Temp, Rainfall information that get its link from real time
websites like www.accuweather.com
 an Emergency Button
 When clicked takes the GPS location of the user and the app
will ask to choose for the emergency service necessary. For
e.g. landslide, flood, fire, earthquake etc.
 For e.g. if he clicks on earthquake the app will calculate the
minimum distance between the user location and the free
spaces with the information of hospitals nearby.

5. Conclusion
Application regarding proactive measures and after
disaster management have been increasing day by day
but information provider during the disaster are rare
So this app can be beneficial for service user and
provider.
