2. My personal mission statement
I am the transformer. I strive to completely re-shape the destiny of my organization and the people around me. I
do this not aggressively, but rather gently, by painstakingly carrying people with me, rather than bulldozing them. I
listen with an open mind to everyone around me. I build on their opinions and ideas, and sew it together to ‘show
the mirror’ to our business leaders, and convince them of the urgent need for change, to realize our dreams.
I do my work because I truly believe in my heart that the change is a must, that we must do it now, and by doing so
we can build an inspiring future. I do it because I believe that I have the unique capability, and therefore also the
responsibility, of being the instrument of that change. I do it because I believe that if I don’t do it, no one else
might.
Every moment and every day I strive to be unstoppable in my clarity, focus, and commitment to my purpose. And I
do this while being deeply mindful towards myself and others, and living my life with impeccable integrity.
