This division carries out the corrugation of metal sheets made of pre-painted or treated aluminium
or galvanized steel, which are used for covering walls and roofs of ware houses, clinics, mosques
and mobile offices. The products are purlins (five different section in purlins –
150,172,202,232,250), profile (the profile section range is 32/200, 45/250 for mainly roofing and
45/150 for heavy applications and decking. The tile profile manufacturing line, composite panels,
the polyurethane section are sufficiently well equipped, organized and have capacity from 35mm to
150mm thickness and lengths to maximum 16 meters). The division can also manufacture other
products of similar type like cold stores, containers and various other P.U. related products.

The composite insulated panel consists of two facings of relatively thin metal sheet
profiled preferably and of high strength enclosing a core, which is relatively thick and
light but has adequate stiffness in a direction normal to face of the panel. The facings
are of steel or aluminium. The core is made of polyurethane which is the best
insulation material in the world.
The advantages of insulated panel with polyurethane in the core over normal panels
used for roofing or walling are us under:-
 Excellent and durable thermal insulation
 Good sound insulation
 High load bearing capacity at low weight
 Absolute water and vapor barrier
 Surface finished facings providing resistance to weather and aggressive
environments.
 Capacity for rapid erection without lifting equipments, easier installation in
hostile weather conditions
 Easy repair and replacement in case of damage
 Long life and very low maintenance cost
 Reasonable fire reaction and resistance
 Excellent air tightness and free of thermal bridges which results inconsiderable
energy savings.

  • 4. LOOTAH METAL SECTION PROFILE LLC. 4 This division carries out the corrugation of metal sheets made of pre-painted or treated aluminium or galvanized steel, which are used for covering walls and roofs of ware houses, clinics, mosques and mobile offices. The products are purlins (five different section in purlins – 150,172,202,232,250), profile (the profile section range is 32/200, 45/250 for mainly roofing and 45/150 for heavy applications and decking. The tile profile manufacturing line, composite panels, the polyurethane section are sufficiently well equipped, organized and have capacity from 35mm to 150mm thickness and lengths to maximum 16 meters). The division can also manufacture other products of similar type like cold stores, containers and various other P.U. related products.
  • 5. LOOTAH METAL SECTION PROFILE LLC. 5 The composite insulated panel consists of two facings of relatively thin metal sheet profiled preferably and of high strength enclosing a core, which is relatively thick and light but has adequate stiffness in a direction normal to face of the panel. The facings are of steel or aluminium. The core is made of polyurethane which is the best insulation material in the world. The advantages of insulated panel with polyurethane in the core over normal panels used for roofing or walling are us under:-  Excellent and durable thermal insulation  Good sound insulation  High load bearing capacity at low weight  Absolute water and vapor barrier  Surface finished facings providing resistance to weather and aggressive environments.  Capacity for rapid erection without lifting equipments, easier installation in hostile weather conditions  Easy repair and replacement in case of damage  Long life and very low maintenance cost  Reasonable fire reaction and resistance  Excellent air tightness and free of thermal bridges which results inconsiderable energy savings.
