G&G Holdings Group, LLC that will primarily market and service
Personal Lines Insurance during its beginning years of operation. We
will be a privately incorporated company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
and will be licensed to handle and service both Property and Casualty
Homeowners’ Insurance Policies.
Our initial target audience will be Florida-based homes, both in
coastal areas and inland with expansion plans of offering
multiple lines of insurance and expansion to multiple states.
We also plan to provide insurance to urban populations and
well-constructed homes.
Our goal is to infuse an immediate book of
business by participating in the Citizens
Depopulation Program and acquire a minimum
of 20,000 policies by the end of the last quarter
of 2016. Once acquired, we will be developing
our Voluntary Market business and write
approximately 9,000 policies throughout the
State of Florida by the end of Year 1 and 12,000
policies annually thereafter. G&G Property and
Casualty Insurance Company will offer policies
that will include, but not be limited to HO3 (Full
Risk), HO6 (Condo Unit), DP1 (simple form –
Fire) and DP3 (dwelling/fire).

TEAM
Raul M. Gallon
Chief Executive Officer
Over (fifteen) 15 years of experience in Claims
Operations and Insurance Management. In 2006,
Mr. Gallon launched and developed a successful
claims adjustment company that has become one
of the well-respected claims adjusting companies
in Florida. Mr. Gallon is also highly experienced
in catastrophe management; successfully
managing eight (8) hurricane catastrophes in
the past ten (10) years.
Luis A. Hernandez
Chief Operating Officer
Over ten (10) years of experience in the management of
day-to-day operations in Senior Administration. Current Project
Manager of the launching of G&G Property and Casualty
Insurance Company, Business Project Manager of G&G
Insurance Adjusters, Inc. and former key member of the
successful merger of University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey/Rutgers University. As Business Project
Manager at G&G, Mr. Hernandez joined forces with
Mr. Gallon to build a foundation that will lead G&G
into becoming one of the premier insurance
companies in the country.
G&G Holdings Group, LLC currently has commitments from a Chief Financial Officer,
Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Underwriting that are
well-respected and renowned in the Insurance industry that will join our
management team upon the receipt of the Certificate of Authority from the
Florida Office for Insurance Regulation (FLOIR).
