Feedback: I have been working with Becci, intensively over the past 6 months. Every engagement with Becci is nothing but a pleasure. Becci is not only

Feedback: Becci developed many templates and "how to" documents that provided the Planners a good basis on the expectations and the process that
should be maintained and followed.
Through the Planner's summit in January we were able to review all the templates and documents and provide comments and refine the
processes/templates. This allowed the new planners to gain a comfort level on what is expected of the Planners and feel confident going out and ensuring
the process is followed; especially with those who have not been exposed to it before.
I was also given the opportunity to observe a PBS and WBS be created which was something that I felt was lacking in my "toolbox". Once I raised my
concern with Becci she was able to quickly find a solution that enabled me to fill my knowledge gap.
Becci facilitates a weekly call with the Planners to ensure we are getting the support/buy-in that is needed for us to make an impact on the projects/programs
we are involved in. This also allows us a forum to raise any questions we have and to come up with a consensus on any new items moving forward.
Overall, I feel that I have received the proper training and mentorship needed to succeed in my new role as Planner.

Feedback: Becci very quickly became part of the PS team, she is very approachable, is happy to seek advice and has a good work ethic.
Becci got to grips with her new position and gained new skills, values and the confidence required being successful in the role.
The role was new to PS (and to Becci) so some effort was required to ensure a clear understanding of the role within PS, this was made easier by the
immediate positive impact made on 2 large high profile programs in Canada.

Feedback: I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca throughout various stages of the 2 high profile Cisco programs. Rebecca demonstrated complete
competency in all the tools at her disposal, assisted with developing and modifying the program schedule for my team and incorporated various intricacies
from other parts of the program as it impacted my team's activities.
Rebecca was always friendly and pleasant to work with, despite the tight deadlines and pressure applied to the project.
Becci supported Charter program for initial face to face planning and follow up for DCAS project. Becci did a great job during the planning session that lasted multiple
days. She put structure in place and were able to complete PBS and WBS and create the skeleton of the project schedule. It was very challenging as there were
multiple BUs represented during the planning session and majority of them haven’t participated in planning like this before. Becci did an outstanding job explaining to
the team why we plan this way and kept everybody on track during the planning session. We couldn’t complete the planning as we didn’t have commitment dates
from the BUs, but Becci created a structure of the plan and the basis for follow on planning sessions. Great job Becci! Thanks a lot for your support and help
