Recolamp is a non-profit organization established in 2007 by founding members General Electric, Narva, Osram and Philips. Its purpose is to take responsibility from producers for managing waste lighting sources and collecting and recycling spent compact fluorescent lamps and fluorescent tubes in an environmentally safe manner. Recolamp has over 115 producer members and partners with various stakeholders including government entities, companies, and non-profits to increase its collection points and volumes while reducing costs and risks through strategic planning.
