the Internet. 
Online shopping has grown very fast in recent 
years because it is very convenient and easy to 
bargain shops.
Trend in Hong Kong 
Online shopping continues to grow in Hong Kong. 
According to the latest MasterCard Online 
Shopping Survey. Online shopping satisfaction 
levels among Hong Kong people increased from 
59.8 percent in 2011 to 66.3 percent in 2012. 
The trend of online shopping is very popular in 
Hong Kong.

shipping fee and wait for the products. 
2. Flexible trade: customers have the high flexibility of 
choosing the one going to pick up products and also the
