2. Project Introduction
• This is a project of constructing a single storied building infrastructure
for a primary school comprising of 7 classrooms, toilets, office and a
playground. This is project is to be developed in Chechen (AJ&K),
where education facilities are not available because of earth quake
destroyed the area. As in recent surveys we all are well aware of
destructions caused by environmental changes in Pakistan. Therefore,
in such areas there are collapsed buildings unable to accommodate
students, so they have no option but to go other schools located at
far distances or abandon their education. Therefore, this project is of
utmost importance.

• Rebuild the primary school
• Provide the infrastructure for quality education to the increasing number of
children
• Construct a single-storied building on the foreseen plot (accommodating 7
class rooms, 4 toilets, 1 office, 1 fully furnished library, facilitated recreational
hall).
• Fence the school area and to build a school compound considering the safety
of the students

10. Business needs & strategic goals
As we are doing this project with an NGO (Khidmat foundation) that is serving
and delivering many projects for the welfare of the people of Pakistan. One of
the major goals of this NGO is to rebuild the primary schools that have been
destroyed through devastated flood and earth quake in recent years. Therefore,
they are not only providing the land for the construction but also providing the
budget for the whole infrastructure. So, they are the stakeholders of this
project and therefore business needs and strategic goals of this project are as
follows:
