respect to assessing if the idea is more human

• Ideas that don’t belong to any specific process

• Group agrees on the one most interesting
idea and a persona using the service is

• Start- and endpoint of the service are agreed

Design Thinking is a simple common sense approach combined with truly taking care about people and throwing away all assumptions and prejudiced when trying to solve a problem. Design Thinking helps children grow up and companies survive
