IBSS-Online is the brain child of the founder M. Shaheed Van Dawson, a graduate of the SANZAF Entrepreneurship programme
In 2013 were he developed the entrepreneurship spirit and the desire to succeed in life.
Subsequent to this Mr. Van Dawson was employed in three global conglomerates namely Sykes Enterprises, Strive Software International and
Merchants SA, were he developed the skills and passion for Customer Services and the call centre industry. With over 13 years’ experience in the
customer services industry Mr. Van Dawson was able to bring experts across the field together and utilize the individual skills of each person to
turn an idea into reality. With a pool of experts in their respective fields IBSS-Online is able to design unique opportunities for any business to
grow not only there profits but also their customer database.
With the coming of new technology IBSS-Online is able to tap into this technology and harness its potential to grow and stay ahead of the
competition at a low cost to our clients.
