2017 the company invested US$13.8 billion in R&D, up from US$5

September 2017, around 76,000 of them engaged in research and
development (R&D), comprising 45% of our total workforce.

A key aspect of knowledge management (KM), at the personal
and team levels, is to more 'collectively and systematically' capture
the learning and ideas that are taking place. Learning and idea
