 Real name: Anneliese Marie Frank
 Born in Frankfurt on 12th June 1929
 She died in early March 1945 at the age of 15 in Bergen- Belsen
concentration camp

3. ABOUT HER CHILDHOOD
 She moved from Germany to Amsterdam in 1933
 By the beginning of 1940, she was trapped with her family in
Amsterdam

 She lived with her father Otto, mother Edith and her sister Margot
 They lived in the hidden room of Otto Frank’s office building
 After two years of hiding, they were betrayed and transported to
concentration camps

6. EDUCATION
 She went to school in Amsterdam with her sister Margot
 At their new school they made a large circle of Jewish and non-
Jewish friends
 They had to leave their Montessori school to attend the Jewish
Lyceum
