Digital transformation is the process of determining and implementing
policies, increasing staff capacity, and specific technology systems which
allow organizations to deliver their services with greater impact for the
individuals they serve, their own decision-making processes, and policy
decisions in their communities.

requests made of this tool by the
first pilot with 30 nonprofit
organizations. It made us realize
that the tool needs to be flexible
so most of the org can participate.

and requests from the first pilot organizations.
Currently, this feature is dependent on the
information available on the catalog page in
TechSoup – which sometimes are not enough.
We plan to refine these for the top software
recommended, so these comparisons can be
more helpful to nonprofits.
