Potential Difference Inc has developed three new energy innovations that make global warming issues moot:
1. A ReGenX Generator that can accelerate itself under load and deliver infinite electrical power compared to conventional generators.
2. A Bi-Toroid Transformer that operates with infinite efficiency and only consumes reactive power but delivers real power.
3. A ReGen-X Motor that can recapture all motor coil flux and produce torque with zero net power consumption.

Potential Difference Inc has developed three new energy innovations
which now all make the Global Warming issue moot…
The first innovation is the ReGenX Generator which has the proven
ability to accelerate itself under load and the capacity to deliver an
infinite amount more electrical power when compared to a
conventional generator under identical conditions:

The second innovation is a Bi-Toroid Transformer which operates with
infinite efficiency and only consumes reactive power but delivers real
power to the load. Canadian Defence Research and Development

The third innovation is the ReGen-X Motor which has the ability to
recapture all motor coil magnetic flux into a ReGenX generator coil
and produce torque with NET zero power consumption.
If humanity does not
opt for integrity we are
through completely. It
is absolutely touch and
go. Each one of us could
make the difference.

Regenerative Acceleration (ReGenX) Electric Generator
Potential Difference Inc. has developed a new electric generator at the University of Ottawa
which has the capacity to accelerate itself when delivering power to a load and has the proven
capacity to deliver over 800% more electrical output power to a load over any conventional
generator currently used today. And it does so with over 60% less input power.
Independent third party tests performed at the University of Ottawa by a National Research
Council scientist Doug Hartwick:

Bi-Toroid Transformer
Potential Difference has developed a new electric transformer at the University of Ottawa which
has the capacity to consume only Pure Reactive power in the Primary but deliver Real Power to
the load and operate well over 100% efficiency:

Test Goals and Methodology 2009 Conventional Generator vs ReGenX Generator:
The Doug Hartwich ReGenX test goals were focused on recording the conventional generator’s armature reaction and
the ReGenX generator’s armature reaction at identical no-load input motor speeds to ensure that;
1. The drive shaft torque was identical in both cases and,
2. The motor efficiency was identical in both cases.
2009 Test Observations
Line 4:
The no-load speed was set at roughly 2100 RPM and the input and output values recorded.
Line 5:
When the conventional generator coil was loaded through a 10 ohm load delivering 1.26 Watts to the load – the
system decelerated as expected and the prime mover input power had to be increased by 12.3% (row H) to maintain
the system speed of 2100 RPM and steady state continuous power through the load.
Line 7:
When the Regenerative Acceleration Generator (ReGenX) Coils were engaged the system accelerated as expected and
the prime mover input power had to be reduced by 40.2% to maintain the same steady state speed of roughly 2100
RPM.
It was observed and recorded that the ReGenX generator delivered 223.8% more power to the same 10 ohm load at
the same 2100 RPM steady state speed (row H) but with a 40.2% reduction in input power required to do so.
Line 9:
When the ReGenX coils were removed and the system was allowed to operate in conventional generator mode with
the same 40.2% input reduction as in Line 7, the result was that the conventional generator coil decelerated the
system down to a dead stop while the input to the prime mover increased by 35% in a failed attempt to prevent
system deceleration.
The ReGenX generator delivered a continuous 4.08 Watts to the load with a 40% reduction in prime mover input
power (from Line 5) at a steady state speed of 2100 RPM – while the conventional generator delivered a continuous
0.0 Watts to the same load with a 35% increase in prime mover input at a steady state speed of 0 RPM.
Performance advantage: ReGenX Generator Output / Conventional Generator Output x 100
4.08/0.0 x 100
= infinite%
Performance advantage ReGenX Generator vs Conventional Generator = Infinite%

Page 5
Line 11
When the ReGenX generator was allowed to accelerate itself without reducing the input (by 40.2%) to maintain
identical steady state speeds as per Line 7 the system accelerated to the full speed of the prime mover/motor and the
generator output increased to 16.1 Watts while the input power dropped by 62% from the initial no-load setting.
When the ReGenX coil was then removed the system decelerated down to a virtual dead stop with the generator
output equaling 0.001 Watts.
Performance advantage ReGenX Generator vs Conventional Generator = 1,610,000%
2009 Test Conclusions
The conventional generator coil creates an electromagnetically induced counter-torque/ armature reaction
which decelerates the system when placed on-load and additional power must be returned to the input to
maintain steady state power to the load.
The more power delivered to the load in the conventional generator paradigm - the more power must be
returned to keep the system running. The amount of power returned always exceeds the amount of power
delivered due to losses in the system.
The Regenerative Acceleration Generator coil on the other hand creates an electromagnetically induced
complimentary-torque/ armature reaction which accelerates the system when placed on-load and a
reduction in power must be delivered to the input if a fixed steady state power and speed are desired.
The more power delivered to the load in the ReGenX generator paradigm - the less power must be returned
to keep the system running. The discharging magnetic flux from the ReGenX coils also does two beneficial
things simultaneously 1) It accelerates the rotor and negates the conventional coil armature reaction 2) It
adds to the permanent magnet rotor flux being delivered to the conventional coil’s core and supplements
the conventional coil’s power by an additional 15%.
Overall ReGenX Generator Innovation Performance Advantage over Conventional Generators
At any steady state speed with a fixed prime mover input the conventional generator will always
decelerate the system down to a dead stop if the load is great enough – whereas the ReGenX generator will
never decelerate the system and the performance advantage will always = infinity.
