Short description:
This activity will enable board of directors to understand the Principles of Risk Management, as well as the
importance of implementing effective risk management procedures in business entities, such as co-
operatives,andalso howtomitigate risksusingavarietyof methods.
They will get familiar with the principles and elements of risk management and will understand the
meaning of a risk framework. Besides, they will know how to identify and assess the risks and the way to
conduct a riskanalysis.
