  • 4. Role  What type of organization will your last role be working for?  Small, mid, large organization? Entrepreneur?  Industry sector? Technology vs. business?  Consulting versus Product?  What would be your role in that organization?  Founder?  Strategic thinker?  Corporate Development?  Human resource development?  Tech guru?

Qualifications  What qualifications are required for your last role?  Consider all types of qualifications, skills, and experience required  Could be written as a job description  Be as detailed as possible  May require research into the role (including discussions with individuals currently in that role)  Accuracy is important  Document your current qualifications, skills, and experience  Identify the GAPS in qualifications between current and last role
