2. DETAILS
• On the 12/02/2020 at visiting hour (18:30),
client admitted with assault was found on bed
bleeding. Witnesses being other clients in the
same ward indicated that a man whom is said
to be the husband of the deceased came to
see the client and shot her with the silenced
pistol. Client had a gun wound on the left of
her chest, direct to the heart and the bullet
was not extracted from the body as it needed
advanced surgery.
