4. Standards of behaviour and its limits on behaviour inside
and outside the organizations is called organizational ethics.
Ethical values translated into active language establishing
standards or rules describing the standards of behaviour an ethical person
should or should not engage in are ethical principles.
5. • It helps in satisfying the basic human needs in an organization like safety
needs, physiological needs etc.
• Creating credibility both within and outside the organization.
• It unites people and brings in good leadership among them.

The best way to promote workplace ethics is to be very specific
and careful while recruiting potential employees who would be
representing the top levels especially the Human Reaource
department.
