2. ROMAN JUS
 We will always refer to the Romans, who created the
law in ancient times, they called JUS to what they
considered licit, or to what was declared by laws, by
magistrates or the custom.

3. ROMAN INJURIA
 They would call INJURIA to everything that was
illicit, to what would harm the rest.

4. DIRECTUM - DIRECTUS
 In the V Century of our era, the usage of the word
DIRECTUM or DIRECTUS starts to be used. The
word means direct, right, straight, correct, to what
doesn’t leave its path, to what's correct, or according
to the law.

5. DIRECTUM – DIRECTUS 2
 It’s the set of norms that guide the life of men on the
right path.

6. DIRECTUM – DIRECTUS 3
 From there is that the term DERECHO starts to be
used in the world, abandoning the roman JUS,
anyhow, we still use words like jurisdiction, justice,
jurisprudence, judicial, etc.
