Young Engineers provide an

assembly kits uniquely designed by
our staff.
Demonstrating the scientific
principles in a fun and accessible
fashion; combining experiments that
form scientific intuition with stories
that capture the imagination.
The children build a model that
demonstrates the various principles
being taught.

What we do?
 The company: Edutainment Group, Inc. specializes in providing imaginative
and creative educational tools allowing children and young adults to learn
while having fun and being productive, by offering unique well designed
education programs which can be delivered both in a classroom setting and
via the internet.
 The Vision: Creating the leading world platform for delivery of unique and
highly effective edutainment programs throughout the globe by launching
alliances with the largest number of institutes and distribution systems.
We aspire to become a leading player and state of the art resource for the
hybrid online and hands-on education industry.
 The Mission: To provide the most comprehensive and flexible range of high
quality educational programs utilizing multimedia delivery systems while
providing excellent responsive service to our customers and partners and
maintaining optimal level of profitability for our shareholders and franchisees
without compromising our value added quality offerings. Additionally, through
our Eduwish sister company, to provide the same quality products to children
in underprivileledged neighborhoods exposing them to the promise of
economic achievments through proper education.

21st century Market Needs
Parents are interested in encouraging the development of their kids critical and creative thinking,
and their interpersonal skills by playing traditional games which have been practically replaced
by impersonal electronic computer games.
Children are looking for exciting games that combine fun, satisfaction, creation and invention.
Community centers and schools administrators are interested in providing quality, innovative
educational program that encourage team work and build self esteem.
Entrepreneurs and professionals (our potential franchisees) are interested in a business
opportunity that is inexpensive, easy to operate and have the potential of creating a major
source of income for their families .
Underprivileged communities Seeking quality education and a road map for the children out of
poverty and on to productivity and better lives, contributing to society rather than burdening it.

 Providing Quality Edutainment addressing both the children’s wish to have fun and their
parents requirement for quality education

Our Team
 Amir Asor - Chairman & CEO (Holding company)
An educator, entrepreneur, and mentor for young entrepreneurs. Amir has initiated the
Young Engineers programs and a unique teaching method that incorporate theorethical
and hands on tactile teaching method.
Amir won the "Entrepreneur of The Year" competition for 2011, organized by Youth Business
International (YBI) foundation, headed by the UK Prince Charles.
Amir holds a BA degree in Finance and Computer science.
 Roberto Singler – Director and EVP
Roberto Is a successful entreperneur, with more than 18 years of business and
management experience. Roberto has established more than 20 companies in Latin
America, one of them currently employs about 1000 people. Roberto is an Industrial
Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration.
 Tsvi Katsir – Director and CEO of Edutainment USA Group,LLC,
An experienced business and finance entrepreneur with background in various industries
such as education, real estate, international trade finance and banking. Tsvi holds
Economics and Psychology BA degree and MBA in finance.

The Master Plan
 The introduction and operation of Young Engineers programs and designs
 Establishment of a global network of 30,000 Learning Centers
 Recruiting master and local franchisees, developing corporate presence
and entering into deals with schools systems.
 Utilizing the established infrastructure, our system will transform from a
platform of Young Engineers courses to a platform of quality educational
courses provider, such as magician, entrepreneurial, electronics, cooking
and dungeons and dragons courses, enabling us to offer any new, “in”
and “hot” subject in a form of an edutainment course that will attract
young students.

Amir has initiated the Young Engineers programs and a unique teaching method that incorporate theorethical and hands on tactile teaching method. Amir won the "Entrepreneur of The Year" competition for 2011, organized by Youth Business International (YBI) foundation, headed by the UK Prince Charles. Amir holds a BA degree in Finance and Computer science.  Roberto Singler – Director and EVP Roberto Is a successful entreperneur, with more than 18 years of business and management experience. Roberto has established more than 20 companies in Latin America, one of them currently employs about 1000 people. Roberto is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration.  Tsvi Katsir – Director and CEO of Edutainment USA Group,LLC, An experienced business and finance entrepreneur with background in various industries such as education, real estate, international trade finance and banking. Tsvi holds Economics and Psychology BA degree and MBA in finance.
