• Develop and oversee budgets to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources. • Managing the roll out of access and Backbone networks . • Managing civil works : trenches cutting, duct laying, cable laying and Manhole construction; • Providing regular reporting of the projects to customers • Expertise in Planning and designing of Optical Distribution Network (ODN) • Prepare designs for Fiber Optic Cable routes, Schematic diagram and splicing details ,and fiber link power budgeting. • Planning & Design for Civil and Fiber Infrastructure.
