1. WORKSHOP ON INTEGRATION

SHEET (ATTENDANCE SYSTEM)

2. OBJECTIVE
Matlamat bengkel ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemahiran guru
bestari dalam pengintegrasian aplikasi Google Form dan Google
Sheet untuk merekod kehadiran dan suhu murid secara elektronik.
The goal of this workshop is to train teachers to integrate Google Form and
Google Sheet in recording attendance electronically.

3. OBJEKTIF KUALITI
Memberi pendedahan kaedah alternatif untuk sistem kehadiran
secara bertulis kepada elektronik.
Provide an overview towards applying alternative strategy for taking attendance.

- GOOGLE SHEET

5. STEPS
1. Create a folder inside Google Drive & named it accordingly.
2. Create a temporary Google Sheet to store the data of students and teachers.
3. Copy & paste only the category, name and class.
4. Create a Google Form containing the following details:
a. Category
b. Name
c. Class
d. Temperature
5. Preview the Google Form & fill in one sampel to generate responses linked to the form via
Google Sheet.

6. STEPS
6. Get pre-filled link from the Google Form and paste the link into a new added
sheet into the existing Google Sheet.
7. Add another new added sheet and named it DATA.
8. Copy & paste the link for each category accordingly:

7. STEPS
9. Combine the link altogether using either one of the formula:
=D2&A2&E2&B2&F2&C2 (coloured refers to the cells)
=CONCATENATE(D2,A2,E2,B2,F2,C2)
9. Insert the QR code formula into column H.
10. Arrange the QR code and name to a new added sheet for printing purpose using this formula:
=TRANSPOSE('sheet5'!A1:C3)
