1. Monday - Work on group action plan. I want the Google Doc finalized
of brainstorming and shared with me and any teachers who want to see
the plans by TUESDAY. Teams will begin to work on visual
presentation of materials.
Tuesday - Group action plans due. Work day on creating a visually
appealing presentation of their action plan. This is what we will
broadcast and share out on WEDNESDAY.
Wednesday - students will post their visual action plan to their blogs
AND also send me a copy or link so I can add them to the wiki. We will
tweet and network these all day long.
Thursday - Groups need to develop an official name, logo/symbol, and
mission statement for their group and campaign. This is going to help
prepare them for their websites.
Friday–We will be working with our group during 2nd
, 3rd
, and
4th
period. Please see where your group is meeting. Work on action
plan.
By the end of the week I would also like for them to have shown us a
template of an email that they will be using to contact experts and
groups. They will need to reach out to at least 3 people by the end of the
week.
This is a lot, but it is time to make it happen. Let me know if you have
any other thoughts or suggestions. For L.A., students should have plenty
to blog about in terms of what they are doing, learning, and reflecting.
