In Visual Studio 2013 RC we can create web application by
performing following steps.
Under File Menu select option 'New Project'
In new project dialog box select 'web' in left pane & select 'Asp.net
Web Application' in right pane.

We can add additional framework by selecting appropriate checkbox
in our Web Forms application.

Unit test project can be added in our Web Forms project by selecting
“Add unit tests” check box.

Select Authentication methode appropriate for application.
With “Individual User Accounts” user credentials are stored in
database or with credentials from existing accounts like Facebook,
Microsoft, Google, Twitter etc.

Active Directory & authenticated with organization's domain
controller. This option is useful for most Intranet applications.

can also be implemented.

Once clicked “Ok” button VS 2013 will create Asp.net application
skeleton for further development.

Select Target Web Browser to run Asp.net application. The list shows
installed web browser. This option makes cross browser testing of
application lot more easy.
