TONES
The correct user tones for the geography are generated locally by the
IAD for all the extension types, analog, digital and IP.
Supported tones are:
• Dial, both primary and secondary
• Busy
• Ringback
• Call Hold
• Congestion
CALLER ID
System supports the display of the caller’s number on incoming calls,
where supplied by the service provider, and the sending of calling
number on outgoing external calls.
CALL HOLD
A call may be placed on hold with optional Hold music. A held call
cannot be forgotten as it is presented back to the extension after a
timeout set by the system's administrator.
MUSIC ON HOLD
Support for system music-on-hold.
CALL PARK
Calls can be parked on the system to be picked by another user. Calls
are Parked against a ‘park slot number’. There is a system configurable
timeout that determines how long a call may remain parked before it is
represented to the extension that originally parked the call.
CALL TRANSFER
Assisted and unassisted call transfer features are available.
CALL FORWARD
CFU, CFB and CFNR are available.
DIRECT DIAL IN (DDI)
Calls can be routed using the called number information to an individual
phone, or groups of phones.

ADVANCED CALL
HANDLING
DO NOT DISTURB (DND)
DND temporarily stops incoming calls ringing at a user's telephone. It will
prevent the user from receiving Hunt Group calls and give direct callers
either voicemail (if enabled) or a busy signal. This feature can be
enabled/disabled from the phone.

CALL INTRUSION
Analog, ISDN, DECT and
standard SIP phones support (both
hardware and software) give maximum
flexibility to the user.
The Call Intrusion feature allows a user to join an existing conversation
whether this is an internal or external call.
CALL PICK UP
Call Pickup allows a user to answer a call presented to another
extension. Types of call pickup include:
• Pick up any call ringing on another extension.
• Pick up a Ring Group call ringing on another extension, where the user
must be a member of that Hunt Group.

Incoming calls can to be managed supporting an intelligent call routing
engine capable of making routing decisions based on a number of
criteria.
RING GROUPS
It is possible to create Ring Groups with several modes of call
presentation:
• Broadcast

• Circular-unanswered
• Priority-busy
• Priority-no-answer
• Priority-linear
TIME PROFILES
Time Profiles can be used to define how a call will be routed according
to time and date. Different time rules can be defined as single or
recurring and applied to Inbound calls rules.

INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)

It is possible to create multi level Interactive Voice Response system, in
order to give the possibility to route calls selecting tones guided by audio
messages.
Audio messages can be loaded, recorded and managed inside the
system by the administrator. IVR system can be used in conjunction with
Time Profiles, Voice Mail and Ring Groups.
• Micro Unified Communications Licence
VOICE MAIL
Voice Mail can be activated or deactivated for each one of the users.
Recorded messages will be sent to the configured email address and
will be stored in the system to be accessed by the phone dialing the
access code.
MUSIC ON HOLD
Support for user defined music-on-hold.
CALL LOGS, CDR AND BILLING
System supports internal call logs, CDR export and billing features using
external software.
