Your event • In the teams, confirm the activity that you are going to do – 20 minutes • Each of you have a role, as a group map out what needs to happen from next week till it is organised. • Allocate these tasks to the most appropriate person. • Produce a time frame of when you will have your tasks completed for – have this agreed by the group. – 40 mins

Develop this and explain how other roles are dependant on the work they are doing  Add the dates of when activities will be completed  Repeat 2, 3 and 4 – for the 4/5 roles  Word count estimate: 200-300 words per role
