The group comprised of 4 faculty members, 2 IT
professionals, 2 students and 2 external professors.
The group was divided into two teams and given a
months time for secondary research, post which they
were to present their learnings to each other. Based on
the research and personal experience the team was to
arrive at a consensus on, the methodology of learning
that IIHT Franchise was to adopt.
The teams researched on various teaching techniques
and learning psychology of youth for a month. Intensive
discussion among team members aided to build a
framework before they met the other team.
The team discussion for a week introduces many
prospects.
