  Strategic Development and Organization
      has more than 20 years experience in positioning and restructuring and change management,
      development of company, product and sales strategies, market analysis and clustering of effective
      target groups. He studied marketing and communication management in Cologne and graduate
      (Executive MBA) at TU Munich, USC (Los Angeles) and Columbia University (New York). Born in
      Romania, he is also very common with the culture and business conventions in Eastern Europe. As an
      Interim Executive he build up many organizations in Europe, like Kaspersky Lab (No. 1 in GER within 4
      Years) and Kandy Mobile (first MVNO in EMEA). He also was responsible for analysis and development
      of new business models, for definition and implementation of sales and communication strategies for
      Companies like AEG Power Systems (EU), Kingston Technology (EU), O2 (GER), OpusWave (USA/
      worldwide), Siemens (worldwide). Bo Fota is co-initiator of the study „Paths & methods for sustainable
      growth of small enterprises“ in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute IAO, Institute for
      Entrepreneurial Cybernetics (IfU) and Research Institute for Operations Management (FiR).

  Achim B.C. Karpf
  Communication and Services
      has been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years. Achim was working in the publishing
      industry creating new business models and strategies for Internet and Web applications. He also
      founded his own companies in the CRM (ExchangeWise, EU) and Publishing (Net-Investor, GER) area
      and managed several companies as Interim Executive (Infinigate, EU; VMware, GER). As project
      manager Achim was responsible for a large number of CRM implementations (Kaspersly Lab, EMEA;
      Sigma Coating, EU) and recently virtualization and cloud computing strategies. Based on his media
      experience in the publishing he is an expert in social media communication and sales strategies.
